Processing time All orders are processed and prepared within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Balanced Skin Method products (fulfilled from EU):
- Spain: 10–14 business days
- European Union: 10–16 business days
- Rest of world: please contact us before ordering
Other brands (fulfilled from Korea):
- Spain & EU: 11–17 business days
- United Kingdom: 12–15 business days
- United States: 11–16 business days
- Rest of world: 12–32 business days

Shipping costs Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Customs & duties EU orders: VAT included — no surprise charges on delivery. Outside EU: customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
