How long does delivery take?
Orders within Spain are typically delivered in 2–5 business days. EU orders may take 5–10 business days depending on the destination country.
Do you ship across Europe?
Yes! We ship to all EU countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@balancedskinmethod.com if you need to make any changes. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law. You may return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Can I return opened skincare products?
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. This is in line with EU regulations on cosmetic goods.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us at hello@balancedskinmethod.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin, but we always recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact us for personalised advice.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We are committed to stocking cruelty-free brands. The majority of our Korean skincare range is cruelty-free — please check individual product pages for specific certifications.

You can browse our collections by skin concern, or contact us directly and we will be happy to help you build a routine that suits your skin type and goals.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay for a faster checkout experience.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
