Shipping Policy — Balanced Skin Method

Processing time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times We ship worldwide via express courier. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Spain: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• Rest of world: 5–14 business days

Please note these are estimates and delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
