14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at balancedskinmethod@gmail.com.

Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. Once you notify us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

Important: Hygiene Exemption for Opened Products

Please note that under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, cosmetic and skincare products that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal broken cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. This includes serums, creams, cleansers, toners, masks, and other skincare items once opened.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at balancedskinmethod@gmail.com with your order details and, where relevant, photos of the issue. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at balancedskinmethod@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
