Shipping Policy — Balanced Skin Method

Processing time All orders are processed and prepared within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time Most orders are delivered within approximately 10–20 business days, depending on destination, fulfilment location, carrier, and customs processing.

Balanced Skin Method products may be fulfilled from our EU production partner, while selected Korean skincare products are fulfilled from South Korea. Delivery times may therefore vary slightly between products.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. BSM and Korean skincare products ship separately — each shipment is calculated and charged independently at checkout.

Customs & duties EU orders: VAT included — no surprise charges on delivery. Outside EU: customs duties are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
