Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from Balanced Skin Method. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at balancedskinmethod@gmail.com.

Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Important: Hygiene Exemption for Opened Products

Please note that under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, cosmetic and skincare products that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal broken cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. This includes serums, creams, cleansers, toners, masks, and other skincare items once opened.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue at balancedskinmethod@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
